Matheson Park Elementary School

Monday, Feb.1st, 5th grade students put on a skit called 'Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grade Scientist' for the entire school helping to get the school excited about our upcoming Science Fair.  Grades K-2 are doing a class project, with every 3rd through 5th grade student doing an individual project.  Our PTA very generously provided all of the individual and classroom Science Boards.  Please enjoy the following pictures.

What a wonderful night our most recent Family Night turned out to be.  125 family and staff members in attendance, with hot cocoa & cookies, several door prizes, and time for our children to spend creating their own book with their parents & other family members.  Thank you to everyone that supported this night; Literacy Goal Team, Title I teachers, and our very own PTA.  Please enjoy the pictures of this wonderful night.
